Privacy Policy

This is a placeholder for the OTTH Labs Privacy Policy. Final legal content will be provided by Over The Top Hat Studios before public launch and will replace this stub.

OTTH Labs products collect the minimum information needed to provide the service: account credentials for authentication and uploaded media for processing. Source media is stored temporarily and removed when the user clears it or uploads a new batch. Processed outputs persist until the user deletes them.

OTTH Labs uses third-party services for infrastructure, authentication, and AI processing. These providers have their own privacy practices. A full list of subprocessors will be published with the final policy.
